Data in transit is protected by TLS encryption enforced by Cloudflare, one of the world’s largest and most trusted network infrastructure providers. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted end-to-end.
Data at rest — including your name, email address, business name, and location information — is encrypted using AES-256-GCM, the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies worldwide. Your data is stored in an encrypted form that is meaningless without the cryptographic keys our system holds separately and securely.
Payment data is never stored on our systems. All billing is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses globally. We never see your full card number.
Authentication is managed by Clerk, an enterprise-grade identity provider with SOC 2 Type II certification. Your login credentials are never stored in our database.
Your payout data — the CSV statements you upload — is stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which provides automatic encryption at rest and is protected behind strict access controls. Only you can access your data; our systems enforce account-level isolation on every request.
We take the security of your business information seriously. If you have specific security questions or concerns, contact us at hello@deliverymargin.com.
We support the standard payout statement exports from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Our parser automatically detects the platform and format version — no configuration needed on your end.
Absolutely. You can add multiple locations to your account and upload statements for each one. The dashboard lets you view analytics per-location or across all locations combined.
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Go to Settings → Account Overview and click Cancel Subscription. Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period — no access is lost immediately. Your data is preserved even after cancellation.
If a file can't be parsed reliably, we'll tell you clearly — no bad data is ever shown on your dashboard. You can report an issue directly from the app, and our team will investigate. We continuously improve parsing to handle new format versions as platforms update their exports.
Adjustments are credits or charges applied to your payout by the delivery platform outside of the standard commission. These include customer refunds, promotional credits, dispute resolutions, and marketing or advertising fees. DeliveryMargin breaks these down in the Adjustments section of your dashboard so you can see exactly what’s being added or subtracted.
Yes, at any time from Settings → Account Overview → Change Plan. Switching from monthly to annual charges only the prorated difference. Switching from annual to monthly applies a credit toward future monthly invoices — no refund is issued.
No. Your data remains intact if you cancel — you just lose access to the dashboard until you resubscribe. If you want your data permanently deleted, use the Account Deletion option in Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
